Playing with the LX3

I just love the look of a great contrasty (is that even a word) B&W image. I have been trying for quite some time to get the same look of film with my black and whites and to my surprise the images from my new LX3 right out of the camera were pretty close, on screen that is. The next test will be to see how they turn out in prints, fingers crossed. I was also very pleased with the colour shots, all shot in Jpeg with only cropping in post. I love my new walk around camera and can't wait for all this snow to melt so that I can go on some photo walks without having to bundle up so much. . .BRRRRR!
