Keri and Mya - A Walk in the Park

You may remember Mya from a post a couple of months ago when she introduced you all to her Teddy. This time she would like you all to meet her Mommy, Keri, and their super cute dog, Chomper. We were looking for a spot to take advantage of some great fall scenery and even though it is the tail end of the season, we found an area where the leaves were still showing their colors. Keri and Mya had a blast playing in the leaves and you wouldn't know it, but I think I caught Chomper smiling too. I can't wait to see who Mya will introduce us all to next.

Special thanks to Meghan and Izidora for being my special helpers for the shoot.

Dennis and Christine - Married!

What could be more beautiful than a lakeside wedding? Dennis and Christine had an amazing ceremony in a park/beach that must have been designed with weddings in mind. Everything was perfect, including the weather - not too hot and no rain. The bridal party was stunning, especially the bride and groom. I was lucky enough to attend the wedding with my family, kids and all, and we all had a blast. The wedding was really a 3 day party and it was nice to spend time with Vera's family. Let me tell ya, Croatians really know how to throw a wedding.

Thanks Dennis and Christine for having us and we all wish you the best as Mr. and Mrs.

Jeff & Pam - Married! - Banff, Alberta

Wow, what an amazing wedding! Jeff and Pam were married last weekend in Banff, Alberta on the side of a river in the shadows of the mighty Rocky Mountains. Could you ask for a better location? I mean come on, it doesn't get any better than this! It was the perfect setting for a couple of ski bums to get hitched just before they whisk themselves away to Japan for you guessed it - more skiing. The wedding ceremony was truly breathtaking and as unpredictable as the weather can be in the mountains. The sun came out on cue during the vows . . . almost as if it were planned. I have been to Banff many times over the years; however, during my alone time with Jeff & Pam prior to the reception, I was exposed to a part of Banff that was just amazing. I highly recommend getting married here if you can.

Thanks Jeff and Pam for the opportunity to be a part of my first mountain wedding - it was amazing! I really enjoyed meeting you and your family and wish you all the best.

Catching some rad air!

Look at these beautiful, massive images. I have been trying to figure out how to make my images bigger for the longest time and thanks to my new photographer blogger friends, I've done it. Thank you very much to Ashely and Jeremy for helping me out and with instructions that were so easy to follow. Gotta Blog, Gotta Blog!

I keep telling myself that but for some reason I don't do what I'm told. As you can see from previous posts I keep committing that I am going to post on a regular basis but obviously that has not been happening. My last post was more than 2 months ago and that's just poor form. Well June is just around the corner and that means lots of shooting, which in turn should mean lots of things to post about. Well here we go, without any further delay I will start things off with a super cute Kid.

Update: Now that I know how to make my images bigger on my blog, I couldn't resist going back and fixing just one.
